We welcome guests to Dalness Lodge for a limited number of weeks each year. Dalness isn’t just a place to stay, it’s an immersive Highland experience that allows guests to become a part of the story of Dalness – a future wilderness built on a traditional history.

Dalness Lodge is rented on a weekly basis, but long weekend stays will be considered. All rentals include a chef and a housekeeper. Please enquire directly for rates.

The following are answers to questions we are often asked
Can we get married at Dalness?
We have hosted a number of delightful weddings at Dalness. The magnificent scenery of Glen Etive makes for a dramatic backdrop, while the cosy corners of the Lodge offer intimate and romantic spaces for your special day. Contact us directly to discover how we can make your wedding vision a reality.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, dogs are part of the family and we have dedicated guest kennels in an adjacent building to the Lodge; well-behaved house dogs are also permitted on the ground floor under supervision. Dogs are also welcome in both of our cottages.
Can I book stalking during my stay?
Yes, absolutely. We have an experienced Head Stalker and Ghillie who would be delighted to show you the stalking we have on offer on the Estate.
Can I book fly fishing on the river?
Currently all fly fishing within the estate beats is reserved for Lodge guests exclusively.
Will I need waterproofs?
Yes, the Scottish Highlands has a fast changing maritime weather pattern but rain is almost guaranteed at any time of year! We are always happy to advise guests on what to bring and bags can be sent on by carrier for those arriving by rail, sea or road.
